Kim’s highly successful career in accounting, finance, shared services, and operations has illustrated her ability to transform mission critical administrative processes for multi-billion-dollar organizations, converting complex business challenges into opportunities and yielding quantifiable value. Kim gained her initial progressive leadership experience in large, publicly held corporations and in the most recent twenty years supporting the education sector. She has demonstrated the business acumen required to build and lead large, multi-site teams, collaborate across organizational functions and leverage technology in order to deliver financially significant results. Kim is an experienced strategic and innovative leader with exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills. Her highly collaborative leadership style and excellent communication skills not only allows her to navigate complex matrix division structures, but strengthen organizational cohesion, aligning individuals, departments, divisions, and functions to produce superior outcomes. Kim earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Accounting from California State University, Los Angeles.
